An essential step in determining members' account balances for 30 June 2015 benefit statements is to put a brief hold on transaction processing. This allows us to test, check and audit final unit prices. The transaction processing hold commenced on Tuesday, 30 June 2015 and was expected to end on Friday, 3 July 2015. However, a unit pricing anomaly has been identified, the resolution of which requires us to extend the hold period beyond 3 July. Every effort will be made to ensure normal processing resumes as soon as possible.
The hold applies to all transaction requests including rollovers, benefit quotations* and payments. Transaction requests received after Monday, 29 June 2015 will be processed as quickly as possible, in order of date received, once processing resumes. We process within time limits that conform to standards maintained by the trustee, using the price applicable on the date of processing.
