Purchasing Aon Hewitt Remuneration Reports – Terms and Conditions
  • To remain a subscriber of Aon Hewitt’s Remuneration reports (“Reports”), the subscriber’s remuneration data must be provided to Aon Hewitt at least once per year in accordance with our single data capture process. Failure to do so will result in the subscriber’s Reports being held by Aon Hewitt until such time that data is provided.
  • Data must be provided in accordance with the format, structure and content of the Reports that is provided to the subscriber by Aon Hewitt via the data collection software. The subscriber must provide Aon Hewitt with all reasonable assistance to verify the integrity of the data provided to ensure the integrity of the final Reports.
  • The subscriber agrees the data provided to Aon Hewitt will be used to create the Reports and may be used in part or whole for other purposes by Aon Hewitt in accordance with our data quality guidelines which ensure that any confidential, personal or sensitive information or materials you make available to us is not accessible to anyone that is not authorised to view it.
  • The subscriber authorises Aon Hewitt to use the data for all such uses and acknowledges and agrees that the intellectual property rights, including copyright, in any work that is derived from the data provided by the subscriber, including without limitation any compilation, summary or analysis, vests in, or is transferred to, Aon Hewitt. Any such derived work is the confidential information of Aon Hewitt.
  • The subscriber grants Aon Hewitt the right to name the subscriber as a contributor of data on the Reports and otherwise, and to use the subscriber’s name in connection with the marketing, distribution or sales of the survey(s) or other item that is derived from the data provided by the subscriber.
  • The minimum subscription period is one year and subscriptions will be automatically renewed. Future renewal subscriptions for the Reports may be subject to a price increase.
  • The remuneration report subscribed to and released will be available for a maximum of 12 months only from the original publication date.
  • The Report order form and any price reviews are updated at the beginning of each financial year.
  • The format of the data collection and reporting software is the confidential information and intellectual property of Aon Hewitt and the subscriber has no right to use, copy, manipulate, edit or otherwise deal with the data collection and reporting software (or any part or compilation, derivative, summary or analysis created using any or all of the data collection and reporting software) for any purpose other than to provide the data. The data collection and reporting software may not be passed on to any third party without the prior approval of Aon Hewitt.
  • Prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are exclusive of GST. GST is not charged on purchases made outside Australia. Prices are subject to variation due to changes in State or Federal Government legislation.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aon Hewitt is not liable for any loss, damage or expense suffered by the subscriber as a result of, or in connection with this agreement or any Reports, for an amount which exceeds the fees paid by the subscriber for the Reports.
  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales. The subscriber submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New South Wales.
  • Aon Hewitt reserves the right to update and change these terms and conditions.
  • When disclosing the personal or sensitive information of a person to Aon Hewitt, you confirm that you have obtained the consent of that person to disclose that information to Aon Hewitt. If you have not obtained the consent of that person to disclose that information to Aon Hewitt, you will inform us before providing that information to us.
  • These terms and conditions are to be read and accepted in conjunction with the ‘Aon Hewitt Remuneration reports Terms and Conditions’ which govern the use of the Aon Hewitt Remuneration Reports data centre from where subscribers may access the Reports. To the extent there is any inconsistency, the Aon Hewitt Remuneration reports Terms and Conditions will prevail.
