Aon’s annual Resources Policy and Practice report aims to provide a solid understanding of the different policies and practices used by organisations within the resources sector and provide key insights into how these remuneration benefits are being structured.
Participants are asked to submit responses to an online survey around their organisation’s HR policies and practices. The insights and analysis produced in the most current report are based on the responses from 42 organisations from the Australian resources industry. These organisations are divided into 4 key sub-industries:

- Coal Mining Industry
- Smelting, Refining & Petro-Chemical Industry
- Engineering & Construction Industry
