Get remuneration right with the Aon REM101 course
This one day course is suitable for people who are wanting to build their remuneration knowledge either to complement their existing HR Generalist, Management or Payroll background, or for those who are starting out in remuneration specific roles. Presented by experienced reward consultants the day is structured to explain the theory and share real life, practical examples of their application.
This course covers end to end reward theory and application. At the end of the day our attendees will have an understanding of the context of reward in the broader HR function and how to ensure the organisation maximises the investment in salaries. They will be confident in selecting and interpreting market data and assessing alternative approaches to building remuneration frameworks.
We use real examples throughout the day and ask for input from our group to address any burning questions.
